Brought my 2018 JL wrangler to be fixed-it had stranded
Brought my 2018 JL wrangler to be fixed-it had stranded me for 4 hours would not go into drive/reverse or neutral even w engine running. Dealership initially hooked up to it and said it had many codes, 2 weeks later still at dealership I was told they could not find the problem and they had reset the codes. They could not duplicate the problem after 2 weeks I picked up jeep but I do not trust it as it wasn’t fixed.

RW VNCDJR is the worst dealer in America!
RW VNCDJR is the worst dealer in America! I sued and won a settlement of $159,000 from CDJR, after they sold me a dangerous Lemon and made no effort to repair it despite repeated visits. I was sent by CDJR Corp. to the CDRJ Simi Valley dealership to finally get a real evaluation of the problems & defects. The Simi Valley CDJR techs took the vehicle for a real-world test drive and realized the vehicle was unsafe. Despit this CDJR Corp. still refused to return my funds and take the vehicle back. Two and a half years later, they settled and took back the vehicle and paid a settlement that was over 3 times what I origianlly paid RW VN CDJR. Don't buy from Russel Westbrook's VN CDJR! Go buy an Electric car from Honda, Lucid or Polestar instead.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with.
Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Customer service blows and they try to upsell you (rip you off) constantly. I remember one time they told me I needed 4 new break pads and 4 new rotors. I told them, "Take my car off the lift immediately." I then replaced the front rotors and breaks myself and left the back ones on. Still haven't replaced the back break pads or rotors and it's been three years. However, they are due. I've had oil changes where they forgot to put filters back on and my favorite was after getting an oil change I drove about 1k miles and my Check Engine light along with my Oil Pressure light came on. My oil tank was empty. I took the vehicle in because my Oil Cap doesn't spin off (another annoying quirk) and they filled it. After asking my VNCDJR Representative what happened. He said, "I don't know." I then prodded and asked, "Is it possible they didn't put oil in my vehicle?" He replied nonchalantly, "That's possible." My Jeep Renegade has been burning oil ever since. I have to add oil every 2k miles. When we did a diagnostic as to whether the engine was burning oil or not, the result came back negative. This added fuel to my fire. This is impossible, as I am burning and blowing through oil on a regular basis. My vehicle doesn't even have 60k and I'm afraid I'll be replacing the engine soon. I am shocked and appalled at the lack of responsibility and treatment of this dealership and now that my 5Y 50K mile warranty is over, I will never go back. The only positive thing about VNCDJR is they wash your car after they F*xx you. P.S. This review at dealrater.com is forcing me to rate people I've never worked with. Sadly the stars I'm about to leave for Josh, Sagar and Eric are not representative of the work they do. Please ignore.

This was an absolute scam.
This was an absolute scam. I was taken advantage of at the Van Nuys location. I went in for a tune-up on Monday, September 16th where Hector told me that I’d need to rent a car before my car was even looked at. That was the first red flag. I thought I’d be getting an oil change and maybe new tires. What happened next was that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone for 4 days while I was also renting a car…Finally on Friday, September 20th, I was told that I needed a brake job. I then received a text from Hector asking me where my wheel locks were, which seemed suspicious. I thought during these last 4 days they would have already given me an oil change, checked my car, looked at the tires, and done the work. Instead, I finally have Hector reach out to say what needed to be done 4 days later. Obviously they hadn’t given my car a diagnostics check until that Friday morning, meaning they held it for 4 whole days of which I was paying for a rental. To my shock, when I received my car, the tires were not looked at (which I do need new tires), I didn’t get an oil change, and the price was outrageous. I was charged over $2,100 with $900 of that being labor alone, just for a brake job. I will never be returning.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. My car sat in their lot for 4 months with no updates. I had to be the one calling every week for updates and never got a straight answer. After 4 months I got my car back and they only fixed one of the two issues that I brought it in for, and there was a giant dent in the drivers door and my windshield was cracked. Never been so disappointed in a customer experience. Will never go back to this location.

I literally bought my 2023 audi e-tron from this unprofessional company and they sold me a vehicle with a plug in the tire, inspection light on, 3 recalls on the vehicle and my brake malfunction on the freeway. I give these people scam of the year. No one calls me back. They constantly send me to voicemail. I have yet to speak with a professional that does their job. Jonathan Schwartz the General Manager is never ever there. He has these delinquents running the show without him. Very unprofessional. BEWARE. DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM!!! NOTHING!!! Sold my 2014 Lexus ES350 back in August of 2024 (2 months ago), and purchased a 2023 Tesla Model 3. Dealership failed to completed the "Release of Liability" paperwork, and i have been getting charged for toll fees non-stop to whomever they sold the vehicle to, because they couldn't file the appropriate paperwork within the appropriate time frame. I've attempted to contact Selena, General managers asst.), but issue still hasn't been resolved and phone calls aren't being returned by her or her staff.

BAD & FRUSTRATING - It's exceptionally inconvenient to
BAD & FRUSTRATING - It's exceptionally inconvenient to have to wait a month or more to get an appointment to get your vehicle looked at. Then, it took them almost an additional week to take 1 hour to diagnose the problem. (Also, them charging $300/hr. for service, is exceptionally high, & not affordable for almost anyone.) It's also frustrating to have paid $3,500 for a lifetime extended engine warranty from the person that sold me the vehicle, & then to be told when I do need service, that NONE of the engine parts that are causing the "check engine" light to illuminate, are covered under that warranty! The dealership repair center said, "we plug the part number into the computer, & if it says tge parts are not covered, sorry, there's nothing we can do." The shocking part I truly didn't expect after being disappointed in no warranty coverage, was to be told I was now being charged $300 to pick up my broken vehicle. (Meaning that even diagnosing the warranty problem was costing me their gluttonous $300/hr.) Imagine being told by a salesperson selling you a very expensive lifetime extended warranty that all mechanical issues would be covered... then you buy that warranty on good faith... the vehicle check engine light comes in & they hold your vehicle for a week before letting you know that not only AREN'T they going to fix your vehicle, but are now charging you $300 to get the broken vehicle back!? It's really kind of gross & feels really predatory. The service manager gave me the Mopar lifetime warranty phone number to ask them to approve the repairs, but that was friutless. The out-of-country call center said they couldn't help...in fact, they said the same thing the dealership said which was, "we plug the part number into the system & it tells us if the part is covered or not." Just be careful . When it costs you $300 to have an auto shop diagnose a simple check engine light, you know they don't care about your future business or referrals. I did end up paying over $1,100 to get the repair done because it made more sense to me than paying $300 to get my vehicle back broken. (Special note: If you don't have cash, & need to put the proxy repair on a credit card, they now have a new 3% processing fee to run your credit card!) Such bad, predatory business practices they've got. Maybe use Google or Yelp reviews & find an auto shop with good reviews, that doesn't gouge it's clients? 🤷♂️

If there a option to pick zero star I would this dealership is garbage Benny forgot to service my car made me sign a 299 dollar inspection fee forgot to inspect my car also took them 3 day to do a software update recall wich should 30 minute I will report to chrystler direct this dealership should not exist waste of time and money

Do not purchase their oil change packages It is a scam. They say seven years fourteen oil change Two oil changes a year. That is a lie they're only allowing you to drive either seventy thousand miles or up to the seven years , whatever going comes first. I was scammed I still have eight oil changes But since my truck is over seventy thousand miles I avoided the contract. They're only allowed under customers to drive their own vehicles ten thousand miles a year. I would have never agreed to that in average person drives over thirteen thousand miles a year. At the end of the day the only light change oil twice a year Per the contract you will get screwed out of the rescue oil changes if you go over seventy thousand miles. Don't get scammed by mopar in oil change package. They need a class action lawsuit to stop them from scamming consumers.

Bunch of scammers and thief’s, they took almost 3 months to pay me off on my trade-in dodged multiple calls. Text messages lied to me in person telling me they’ll have a check ready for me multiple times also I need to mention the vehicle I traded in had parts stripped off of it and swapped with another identical vehicle that an employee owned, they proceeded to sell my car which they hadn’t paid me for yet with swapped parts that aren’t even part of the spec. Anyone can look up that car and see that it’s missing specific dealer options. Theres only one manager in this dealer I can say is honest his names Erick I appreciate his help. everyone els can eat xxxx.

I literally bought my 2023 audi e-tron from this
I literally bought my 2023 audi e-tron from this unprofessional company and they sold me a vehicle with a plug in the tire, inspection light on, 3 recalls on the vehicle and my brake malfunction on the freeway. I give these people scam of the year. No one calls me back. They constantly send me to voicemail. I have yet to speak with a professional that does their job. Jonathan Schwartz the General Manager is never ever there. He has these delinquents running the show without him. Very unprofessional. BEWARE. DONT BUY NOTHING FROM THEM!!! NOTHING!!! THEY ALMOST KILLED ME AND NOT RETURNING NONE OF MY CALLS

RW VNCDJR is the worst dealer in America!
RW VNCDJR is the worst dealer in America! I sued and won a settlement of $159,000 from CDJR, after they sold me a dangerous Lemon and made no effort to repair it despite repeated visits. I was sent by CDJR Corp. to the CDRJ Simi Valley dealership to finally get a real evaluation of the problems & defects. The Simi Valley CDJR techs took the vehicle for a real-world test drive and realized the vehicle was unsafe. Despit this CDJR Corp. still refused to return my funds and take the vehicle back. Two and a half years later, they settled and took back the vehicle and paid a settlement that was over 3 times what I origianlly paid RW VN CDJR. Don't buy from Russel Westbrook's VN CDJR! Go buy an Electric car from Honda, Lucid or Polestar instead.
