My vehicle was held over the weekend for an oil change and a tire rotation. I did not receive a courtesy call that my vehicle would need to stay at the shop, this interrupted my business operations for 2 days.
I left my straps in the the ice chest. Love the truck. Still not able to program my garage door, and the app store doesn't work. Other than thst I love the truck.
I had a great experience getting my car serviced at the Jeep Dodge Ram dealership. Hector was extremely helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. The dealership is too small so everything seems crammed and feels overcrowded. There is nowhere to wait when you’re dropping off your car for service and if you wait in the showroom you get pushy sales people trying to sell you another car.
