I had a pleasant buying experience at first. Alfredo my sales person the day of and follow up so far has been top notch. 5-Star Floor managers were respectful with reasonable flexibility the day of 4-star F&I the day of sale left something to be desired. 3-star at best F&I and staff aftercare was far below average.1-star No one seems to have business cards, kind of odd for a dealer. Phone systems do not have mail boxes set up, kind of odd for a dealer No brochures for extended warranty, F&I down graded ...

Chad and Armen couldn't have been better in helping me with my truck. I had trouble with my radio that no one could solve. I had been to two other dealers with no help or any interest in helping me. Chad on the other hand, bent over backwards to solve my problem which I truly appreciated. Go see Chad. He's the best.

The service itself was fine but the service agent Albert was what made the experience top shelf. He was friendly, accommodating, straight forward and communicative.

Clerk could have been more approachable and friendly. Otherwise service was good and uber service was provided which I had to ask for because it was not offered. Tire pressure was not checked which I requested.

2014 Jeep Wrangler had a recall on airbags. So I bought it to the Van Nuys Chrysler Dodge and it was service. (Albert Masonic 22898 ) call me up the next day. saying my oil filter housing was leaking so he gave me an estimate around $1400. told me it was warranty and my deductible is $100. Next, he told me I needed a brake fluid flush ( dirty brake fluid ) and radiator flush for $750. The Jeep Wrangler only has 35,000 miles. I asked him why so expensive and he told me we don’t do a Mickey Mouse job here…… overall, they did an excellent job.


My car wouldn’t turn on and they told me it would be ready the next day or maybe in a few days but it was ready the same day which I was not expecting! Rogelio helped me and last time it was Payman both really nice! I leave my car and go to work and my car is always ready in a few hours! & both times they have offered to Uber me home or to work and then back to the dealership which is amazing!

When I arrived he informed me ahead of time that there were a few vehicles ahead of me, which I really appreciated. For added convenience, he even arranged an Uber for me so I wouldn't have to wait at the dealership for hours. Purchased Tesla model 3 from this dealership, filed my taxes, come to find out that this dealership never filed the correct paperwork for me to collect my tax credit. Drove to dealership and met with the sales manger and he gave me the “runs round” and said my Tesla didn’t qualify for the tax credit. This was xx, because in all my research it clearly states that I get my EV tax credit. Called the dealership back and can’t locate one person to assist me with this issue !

I took my Jeep in because of a battery issue and the problem was resolved. My advisor was informative on pricing and answered the questions I had pertaining to the auxiliary battery. Only unfortunate thing is I had to leave my vehicle over the weekend and they had no loaners.

Horrible, horrific service. My car had almost 2000 additional miles when I picked it up, it had signs of being personally used by somebody there, Xmas tree needles. I didn’t buy a tree. I called left msgs for management, completely ignored. I will be reporting to gov agencies.

Only requested an oil change and recalls to be addressed. When I arrived I was handed an invoice for $2000. When I looked at the invoice more closely, I saw the order also included a charge for brake fluid exchange, cabin air filter and intake air filter replacement, 2 fuel filter replacements. All without telling me before hand. Although I agreed to do the fuel filters, I found this to be deceitful. I would have appreciated a conversation about it before hand so I can decide whether or not to have the extra work done and a conversation afterwards to confirm that ...

Experience overall was good friendly staff gave me all the info I needed. But they did a transmission, flush and fluid exchange, which is great and I also asked him to fix a rattle that was going on underneath my car I had to pay for extra screws that were missingand the rattling is still there. I still hear it every time I go over any sort of little bump on the road.

When I made the appointment I noted a concern that the black trim in the undercarriage of the car was coming off. They didn't fix it.

No communication. They had my Jeep for just over 11 months and the things I have found that they didn’t do is amazing. I have missing bolts , my engine light has gone on 3 times since picking it up. They broke my antenna, broke my housing around the e brake. Put front fenders on that don’t even match my original paint. I came in to check out a car I found on their website. The major damage wasn’t visible in any of the online photos, but I still really liked the car. My salesperson, Jason, assured me that the headrest would be fixed if I went ahead with the purchase. After buying the car, I never heard from him again. I also have some important questions about the next steps in the process, so I’ve been texting, calling, emailing, and chatting on their website.
