Today, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, I attempted to return my Jeep Grand Cherokee lease to CDJR Van Nuys (formerly Russell Westbrook. What should have been a routine lease return turned into one of the most frustrating dealership experiences I have ever had.
I live in Westwood, CA and chose to continue doing business with this dealership despite having closer Jeep locations, because I originally leased my vehicle there and had previously had positive sales experiences.

Carla was very nice and extremely professional. She made the whole process various smooth and easy.
I hate to give bad reviews but I have to be honest. This was the first time I had service at this dealer and it was terrible. Long story short, my truck was there for over a week and all that was needed was a battery and oil change. During that time, I called and texted several times to see what the status of my truck was and they never responded until a day before my truck was ready to pick up. I'll never go there again.
Thy lie to your face replace parts that are brand new car broken down after picked up never will take car back for service
Jose and Payman my Service handlers, and Hector the service manager have alwys taken good care of me. I recommend them.

Vehicle was taken to the dealership for basic service and to prepare a recall for the towing light I can’t fathom to understand what this has to do with the technicians, changing all my settings, programming, new memories for the seats and changing the language to Italian. Worst service ever. Spilled oil all over front suspension, I’m questioning if the oil was even changed. I will be sending out a sample for analysis. Did not explain there procedures. I purchased a car from them over the phone from my home in Virginia. They shipped the car with out cleaning the inside of the car (water bottle and dirty doors on driverside). No plates at or paperwork at all. Meaning I cannot operate the car at all legally. After contacting them 4+ times still no title no registration no 30 day tags and no answer or plan or a call back. . This dealership provides professional vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, tire services, diagnostics, and exceptional customer care.
Problem with the Freon was fixed, but not the blower. Still needs to be repaired as well as the transmission.. problem needs to be remedied with your rental car policy. $45 a day on a rental car is too much to pay for somebody getting service on a vehicle. They purchased from Dodge for a problem that was not the customer‘s fault.
My service Advisor, Jose Gudiel, is fantastic! My 2024 Jeep Plug in has had several recalls and other issues. I can always count on Jose to help me. Great customer service.

Overall, my experience was good during my purchase. My sales guy, Michael, was great; no complaints against him. What I am not happy with is that the vehicle I bought was very dirty, had a lot of pet hair inside, and smelled like cigars. I was promised a full detail, but I had to return. If you buy a car here, check every single number on their worksheets before you sign. When I was negotiating the deal for my Jeep on May 21st, 2026, the initial offers and interest rates they presented me were flat-out mathematically incorrect. Several times. They tried to use inflated numbers and an incorrect interest rate on the pencil sheets to trick me into a higher payment. I continue to have an excellent experience with this dealership’s service department. Most recently, they completed a synthetic oil change, tire rotation, and five-point inspection, and the service was professional, efficient, and thorough from start to finish.
In the past, they also replaced my brakes and rotors, and the quality of the work has always been outstanding. The staff takes the time to explain any recommendations, keeps me informed throughout the process, and treats my vehicle with care.

Service here is always great. They’re transparent about pricing, their customer service friendly and I appreciate that they offer uber services to take you home and bring you back to get your car when it’s ready.
Everything was Good, Just I was desagree when I had to pay more then the agent told at the beginnig. Because he didn’t check the extended warranty correctly.
Had a great experience with maintenance on my Ram truck. Every step from checking in my truck to timely pickup was smooth and easy. Benny was my service advisor and was so pleasant to communicate with along the way.

I was VERY disappointed in how my service sessions with Payman went. I am an actor in this town and pride myself on how I listen and exchange information with almost anyone. When I came for service the other day, I was greeted by a gentleman named Payman who was a service consultant was very helpful letting me know about certain services I needed on my car and also I had a repair that was covered by my insurance, but he took care of everything called Mercury, explained the situation inspection guy came checked everything out and everything was fixed and repaired to my satisfactory I would really like to give a shout out to Payman Thank you again. This is the 3rd time I am bringing my car for the same issue. The check engine light comes on and also the rear axle message
They took care of the passenger air bag recall, bit they broke my key. I followed up with Beeny & a manager (Hector), but nobody ever followed up with me regarding this. They gave my key back to me with blue tape wrapped around the key housing to hold it together.
Payman is the best! Super easy process and upfront and clear about costs. He knew the vehicle and offered intelligent solutions.
Albert was very professional and friendly. Also serviced my car timely and was ready as promised.
Elisa uses fraudulent practices to get loans approved. She lies and has actively had two loans out for the same vehicle without the borrower’s approval, even after assuring she would put a stop to her dealership’s loan. Lies to your face and then ghosts you when two loans for the same car show up on your credit report. Stay away from this liar

Bad communication, took them almost 7 months to repair my vehicle, they also give false information depending on who you ask, and refused to fix damages that were done in the dealer.
